If there was only one destination that I was destined to return I suspect this is the place.

It should go (without saying) although I feel the need to do so;Vietnam CONTINUES TO hold a special place in our hearts & minds (albeit with a mixed collection of influences & conclusions).

The flesh wounds have long since healed. the deep seated (for many have not).

I Traveled alongside an incredibly special group of folks that had a (marked) history with this country and it's people.

They do this for personal motivations; the round table discussions centered on "repair" the "fixing" (of), for some: have struggled to reconcile.

I was fascinated; the humbleness, the humor, the unconditional acceptance/love...for these men, (not that many years ago) were strangers in their country invaders sorts: warriors on a mission that to this day is a subject of debate.
